Sheba Thomas

Director

Sheba J. Thomas is passionate about developing Leadership and Management skills in people. Sheba has over 13 years experience in facilitation and training in Africa. Prior to that, she worked in India for multinational as well as local organizations. She is a strategic thinker with strong planning, execution and problem-solving skills.

Sheba designs and delivers training programs and curriculum that develops people and teams. She is process oriented and employs a systems approach in working towards holistic solutions for organizations. Sheba helps companies in implementing the Balanced Scorecard framework for strategy implementation and performance measurement.

Sheba holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from ESAMI/Maastricht School of Management, Masters in Mathematics (M.Sc) from Mahatma Gandhi University, India and a Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, India.

Jerry Thomas

Director

Jerry K. Thomas heads the Business Consulting unit at TABS. He has a passion for developing people and getting things done. His business acumen and experience combined with a strong understanding of varied organizational environments help in growing businesses, business development, strategy formulation and implementation.

Jerry is financially astute with the ability to manage in tough environments. He has vast experience in the turnaround of underperforming companies and incorporates performance improvement. He has successfully led teams in Telecom as well as in the Energy sector in India & Africa.

Jerry has held Managing Director positions with P&L responsibilities for over 15 years in Africa. Prior to that, he has worked in Marketing and Finance functions for about 10 years in India. Jerry is a post graduate from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar with specializations in Marketing & Finance and holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Kerala University, India.

Daffil Makashini

Executive Assistant

Daffil Makashini handles Administration and Logistics at TABS. He organizes training events and workshops as well as a myriad of administrative and client support tasks. Daffil has a passion for teams and helps facilitate our Team building workshops. Daffil has previous experience in Customer Service and Marketing in the banking and real estate sectors in Zambia.

Daffil holds an Advanced Diploma in Marketing from the London Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

TABS also works in partnership with associate consultants for projects that require specialized expertise.
