TABS has been training providers for our staff and have given both general and customized training sessions. They have shown commitment in course preparation, information gathering, execution and follow up. They have been using training models that we have found very effective in the shaping of work attitudes and all the sessions conducted have been positively received by the participants.

TABS conducted a one-day Team building session to Madison Finance Ltd (MFinance) management team from all its 16 branches and Head Office. The training also covered the launch of the first ever Customer Service Charter for the company. We can attest to the highly effective and excellent training methodology applied during the session.
TABS used its vast experience to offer practical remedies and recommendations to the challenges the company was facing with regards to building working teams and transferring that strength to the customers. MFinance has seen a gradual change in work attitude in most of the managers, thanks to the applications of some the recommendations from TABS.

TABS has been a Human Resource Management Training provider of the Local Partners Capacity Building Program, supported by USAID and managed by the Academy for Educational Development (AED) in partnership with Management Systems International.
TABS has contributed in the designing of the Human Resources Management core training modules that were provided to all our partner organizations. They have conducted several high quality trainings for our partners in Human Resource Training in line with our mandate of building capacities in local institutions.

TABS has been our training providers and have provided us with customized programs tailored to meet our organizational needs. We have found them to be very professional, experienced, punctual and committed to our success. During the training programs they balanced facilitation with group work and exercises and the sessions were very interactive and practical. The staff have found the programs very effective both in their personal and professional life.

TABS conducted Supervisory Training for all our management staff which was very well received by our staff. Their programs are well designed, tailored to meet our requirements and executed very well. They blend theory and application so that staff are able to understand the principles as well as apply them in their work.
TABS also conducted Customer Service and Care training for all our front office staff and partners working in our decentralized offices. Again we found the training to be very practical and interactive; the training models they used were very effective in changing staff attitudes and perspectives about their responsibilities, enhancing skills and imparting a well-rounded learning experience.

TABS has worked with the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) on two major assignments: Training of all Supervisory staff in management skills and implementation of the Performance Management System based on the Balanced Scorecard framework.
The commission was satisfied with the services provided by TABS and their work has allowed the Commission to i) comprehensively measure its performance from the four perspectives of Stakeholder Expectations, Internal Processes, Learning and Growth and Resource Management; and ii) implement its strategic plan by engendering a performance oriented culture among members of staff.

TABS was contracted to implement the Performance Management System in a phased approach covering all employees of the Zambia Airport Corporation Limited (ZACL). The system was timely and successfully implemented. It has helped ZACL align individual performance targets to the corporate strategy.
We further confirm that the system significantly benefited the corporation with regards to improved work performance and implementation of the strategic plan.

Expanded Church Response (ECR) has benefited from the services of The African Business School (TABS) and has been greatly satisfied with the level of service, efficiency and professionalism.
TABS has greatly contributed to the development of staff by successfully conducting Supervisory Skills training for the Expanded Church Response (ECR) staff. Some of the topics that were covered in this training included: Changing the Mindset, Supervisory Roles and Responsibilities, Decision Making, Goal Setting, Effective Communication and Self-Management. This training without a doubt has greatly contributed towards motivating staff and resulting in improved staff performance.

The African Business School Limited provided us with excellent support in management training sessions with all the Biogroup staff members in the areas of planning, customer services, effective communication skills, team work and personal management.

TABS conducted the Supervisory training for supervisors and Team building for 60 staff at Jhpiego. The Supervisory and Management training helped supervisors understand their roles clearly and there has been a turnaround in the way Supervisors are doing their work.
The Team Building exercise has led to greater involvement of staff in building strong teams and Supervisors are holding their team members accountable in their different roles. After the training, they have provided follow up to help Jhpiego to put what was learnt into practical use.
